What was the highlight of HM Ayron Park - Adults Only
Relaxing clean but never a 5 star
Property was very clean in all areas of hotel and well kept also In a good location Lots to choose from at breakfast and enjoyed some pool snacks burger and nachos which were pleasant Nice that you get bubbles with your breakfast
Not sure how this can be classed as a 5 star. When all 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the globe your bags are always taken to your room. So Def a 4 not 5 star On arrival we were given a small room over looking a car park which was like a shoe box. I did not book this room as I booked a larger room over looking the pool. I went and complained and I found the receptionist not the greatest help and was told to come back tomorrow at 11 am-check out of the room and wait for my new room. So had wait around until 14:00 to be booked into the original room which I booked in first place. So not the best of service and if I hadn’t of complained I would have spent my whole trip in shoe box over looking a car park Also knew we’d been given wrong room as because everything in room only had one item Which was towel slippers dressing gown and so on So I even had to call up on my first evening to get more items delivered to the room so I could take a shower. The lift situation. Oh my god why would you scrimp on getting such a cheap system in place. There is a roof top bar and evenings are busy but you can’t just press on which way you want lift to go either down or up as only one button and then people press both buttons for lifts as there are two so you end up stopping on every floor which was a pain especially as we were placed on top floor. Again this needs to be addressed. Get up and down buttons installed so that people are not stopping on Floors when no one is there. Large beds round the pool. Absolute waste down at lower pool because whole time I stayed no one used them because you have to pay. It’s not Marbella so unsure why you have them get rid of them and just have more loungers for paying hotel guest It makes sense having these paying beds up on roof top pool as views are lovely but again still a waste as completely no atmosphere.

Good vibes, different pool areas. Live music rooftop. Near the beach. Good food. Bike hire.

Nice clean hotel with good staff but location not worth the price
There were never enough sunbeds at the pool for guests. A lot of space taken up by cabana beds you need to pay extra for which should be available for guests within the price they pay to stay at the hotel already
